My research focuses on developing interpretable data-driven models of neurodegeneration and neurodevelopment in humans. The complex nature of these processes and the types of data used to measure them necessitate models that can capture and disentangle latent information. I draw on ideas across the spectrum of probabilistic inference, biophysical ODE/PDEs, optimal transport & information geometry.
